As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will recruit for the UK’s largest independent property group, where you will be in charge of “managing in” the top Property Professionals throughout the UK! You will be the first contact for all candidates, and will actively work towards hiring in the best talent for Spicerhaart.

 

From screening CV’s to onboarding candidates, you will look after the entire candidate experience, providing an efficient and professional experience for every candidate and, most importantly, the first impression.

 

What is on offer of a Talent Acquisiton Specalist:

 

  • Basic salary of £22,500, increasing to £25,000 upon completion of probation
  • Complete on-target earnings exceeding £30,000 per year

What will you be responsible for as a Talent Acquisition Specalist:

 

  • Screening CVs
  • Conducting intial screeing calls and telephone interviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, branch managers, and all other colleagues within Spicerhaart
  • Responding to all candidates, and giving them the best recruitment experience possible
  • Arranging and scheduling both face to face, and virtual interviews
  • Advertising all vacancies using the relevant job boards
  • Arranging and participating in recruitment events, assessment days, and job fairs
  • Build relationships with external agencies to work together on those hard-to-fill roles

 

Essential skills of a Talent Acquisition Specalist:

 

  • Strong customer service skills are essential
  • A team player, with experience in creating and maintaining relationships with your colleagues
  • Experience of managing your own workload
  • Diary management
  • Recruitment experience, or experience within the property industry is desirable but not essential
  • The ability to make others feel comfortable, confident, and instill a sense of “trustworthiness” at all levels of the business
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal KPI’s
  • Willingness to learn and be involved in team projects
  • Demonstrate respect for equality of opportunity and diversity
