Ready to take the reins of creative direction at the UK’s largest independent property group? If you’re a creative powerhouse with a knack for strategy and a sharp commercial edge, we’ve got a rare opportunity for you to shape, refine, and elevate a portfolio of brands to new heights.

Why this Role?

Impact & Influence
At Spicerhaart, we’re not just looking for another creative lead; we’re after a visionary who’ll transform a dozen client-facing and internal brands across multiple divisions. This isn’t just about brand upkeep—it’s about the step change evolution of how each brand resonates with our audiences and shapes the property market.

Be the Brand Architect
You’ll be our creative strategist, crafting and executing a cohesive vision across every channel. As the brand guardian, you’ll set the tone and personality for each brand, ensuring consistency across digital, print, social media, video, and beyond. This is your chance to make a lasting, high-stakes impact in a business that thrives on innovation and excellence.

Lead & Inspire
Our in-house team of designers and artworkers is ready for a creative leader to inspire, mentor, and bring out their best. With a collaborative and idea-driven approach, you’ll foster a culture that champions creativity and pushes boundaries.

Senior-Level Influence
Directly reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll have a seat at the table to pitch ideas to senior stakeholders and have a significant say in brand direction and decision-making. If you're looking to be a senior influencer and drive strategic direction, this role gives you the platform.

Fuel Business Growth Through Creativity
Your creative strategy will be pivotal in driving our commercial success. You’ll balance creativity with commercial acumen, ensuring that your work not only captivates but also delivers real business results for Spicerhaart’s brands and its clients.
