As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Colchester, you will receive:

• £25,000-£35,000 OTE per year, dependent on experience
• Uncapped commission
• Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*) 
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm on 4 weekdays , and 9am to 5pm every  Saturday

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Colchester:

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
