    What you'll be responsible for

    As a negotiator, you will:

    • Register new customers,
    • Book and conduct property viewings
    • Negotiate offers between applicants and landlords.
    • Aiding the growth of your branch through canvassing, prospecting and obtaining referrals.
    • Recommending our array of services and ensuring that our customers are kept as part of the 'haart Family', too.
    • Ensuring all customers receive our industry leading customer service, supporting them all the way to "move-in" and ensuring they are happy with our service.

    Each member of the haart team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at every opportunity.Your passion will be evident in your commercial awareness; you will be seen as the 'hub of knowledge' - an expert in your landlord's needs.     You will require the following in order to be shortlisted to the next stage:

    • Proven track record within sales and customer service; driving and maintaining customer relationships.
    • Strong and confident manner, work well under pressure and demonstrate a can-do attitude
    • A passion for achieving a fantastic customer experience
    • Worked in a high-energy, growth-focused team
    • You are a 'get things done' kind of person
    • A high enthusiasm to learn more about the property industry
    • Act with professionalism, honesty and integrity.
    • Hold a full and valid UK drivers licence.

    You are legally entitled to live and work in the UK in accordance to the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. (Please Note: you will need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK via proof of address, identity and NI prior to a formal offer of employment).
