  • What you will be responsible for

    We’re looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our team. The role requires someone who demonstrates excellent communication and organisational abilities including effective time management and problem solving. It will also require a comprehensive understanding of the legislation in regards to money laundering, which we are governed by. You will also need to:


    • Attend Induction & complete all required legislation training.
    • Ensure that knowledge of legalisation is current and relevant.
    • Management of our SmartSearch internal system
    • Proactive and prompt follow up with our branches for all necessary information
    • Initial investigation of failed risk searches
    • First level investigation of identified risks
    • Support and administration of all Politically Exposed Persons
    • Support and administration of overseas and business clients
    • Working closely with the Money Laundering reporting Officer to ensure that risks are identified in a timely manner
    • Branch audits
    • Support of other compliance areas, such as CPR, GDPR and Health & Safety
