  • We’re looking for Sales Negotiators to support our clients and colleagues based at our Head Office in Colchester. These opportunities are working on a rotational shift patternThe working hours are:




    Week 1 – Monday to Friday 9am – 6.15pm

    Week 2 – Monday to Friday 11am – 8pm

     

    We will also need you to work 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am – 6pm, you will have day off in lieu the following week, when you work Saturday.

     

    What you will be responsible for

    The purpose of this role is to support our branch network by discussing with our clients the features and benefits of our property valuations, arranging appointments, data entry on a variety of systems and also the discussion of any additional services that will be beneficial to the client. Duties include:

    • Pro-active in identifying sales opportunities
    • Provide meaningful leads to our branches that allow them to generate new property listings
    • Working to agreed targets and deadlines and providing a daily update to your line manager
    • Effectively managing a diary, ensuring contact is made in a timely manner
    • Maintain all records accurately and compliant with data protection
    • Forge professional relationships with your colleagues both internally and across the branch network
    • Apply training and coaching support enthusiastically and become a trusted expert to your clients

    What you need

    As a Sales Negotiator you will need to be self-motivated and able to craft strong relationships with others, despite distance. You will be relied upon to be the voice of our company and deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations and be knowledgeable in our range of products and services.
