WHAT WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Each member of the Haart team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at each possible opportunity. Alongside being a key vocal-point for the local business; your role will include managing a pre-existing pipeline of work, proactively liaising between all parties involved in the sale of a property, and ensuring all KPI's and conversion targets are hit.
You will also support the Marketing activities of the branch through email communications and managing applicants. Your role is vital to the business, aiding in the continued growth of your branch’s customer service. Much of this role will involve recommending our array of services and ensuring that our customers are kept as part of the "Haart family", too.
In addition, your passion for this industry will be evident in your commercial awareness, where you will be seen as the ‘hub of knowledge’ – an expert in your vendors' and buyers' needs. We are, after all, in the business of property sales and investments and ultimately, in helping our customers achieve their property goals.
On a daily basis, you will enjoy striving to exceed your own expectations through a thirst for knowledge, innovation and personal development – a key aspect of a career with us. You will take control of your own career, showing total commitment to achieve personal goals.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
This is an opportunity for a real career in the prosperous property sector that will give you an immense degree of satisfaction, recognition and reward. This is a role that truly develops your pre-existing skills, utilising them to support one of the highest performing branches in the Essex region.
Haart's people enjoy a benefits package from your first day in your new position with a competitive salary and a Monday to Friday working week. You will join a culture of opportunity, allowing you to progress your career path to achieve all of your professional goals. Alongside a competitive basic salary, you will enjoy quarterly incentives – centred on achieving your KPI’s and seeing the completion of sales.
WHAT WILL I NEED?
Ideally, your passion and experience will have developed from within a high attention to detail role - you may wish to include your work history, or even extra-curricular activities such as sport or volunteering. You will also know exactly what it takes to deliver an incredible service to your portfolio of clients.
Please note, no formal qualifications are necessary for this role - we look only at an individual's true potential.
You will be the ideal candidate if you have a real passion for people and are able to demonstrate to us how you would embed this passion within your new role; you will also be results-orientated and able to demonstrate accountability and responsibility. Your ability to recognise the importance of communicating effectively and nurture relationships with different stakeholders will be paramount. Once you have joined your new team, you will soon find that each member of the Haart team acts with a spirit of professionalism, humility and integrity towards each other and our respective clientele.
