What you'll be responsible for
You will organise and manage your time and workload by overseeing and participating in Inventories, Check ins, Check outs and Property visits.
You will meet all Property Management duties whilst providing exquisite customer service. You will work on delivering high-standards through effective time management, action planning and delivery of strategy. Your role is vital to the business, aiding growth to ensure properties are managed correctly and are in line with our company objectives.

A benefits package with On Target Earnings of £22,000 to £26,000, dependent on experience. You will join a culture of opportunity, allowing you to progress your career path to achieve all of your professional goals.
On your first day we will also introduce you to the “vehicle” of your success. We supply each of our Property Inspectors with a company car: fully taxed and insured to drive your results. We will also provide a mobile phone for you to carry out reports on the go.

What you'll need
This role is ideal if you have a successful track record in Property Management, Inspection, Lettings or Estate Agency, or have worked within a customer facing role. You will have a real passion for your work and you are happy to tell us at your interview how you would deliver this passion to your team; you will also be conscientious, hard-working, driven and results orientated and are able to embrace accountability and responsibility.
