    Your role as Regional Sales Manager is essential within the Land and New Homes Division. You will be the 'face' of Land and New Homes within your region's Development sites and throughout our Estate Agencies. You’ll enjoy a role delivering maximum value for your developers whilst winning new projects and developments.


    You will be working as part of the Regional Management Team, providing quality management and control of instructions that are sold through branches and appointed Land & New Homes Sales Advisors, being a key contributor of delivering the subsidiary new homes budget.


    Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director you will ensure that all instructions are managed effectively, to maximise sales performance.


    In addition, you will be accountable for managing unit sales from reservation to completion and ensuring all client deadlines are met. This role will focus on the following key responsibilities:


    • Maximising Potential of Existing Business in your region
    • Service existing clients and create a good working relationship
    • Team Development
    • Financial Control & Administration Systems
    • Communication and Support
    • Cross Selling Opportunities
    • Keeping up-to-date with current market trends, local knowledge and competitor activity

    You will need to possess the following to progress to the next step of the recruitment journey:


    Knowledge and Experience:

    • Proven track record within a similar role in the Land and New Homes sector
    • Business to Business experience / exposure
    • Customer focussed approach



    • Strong leadership skills to inspire others
    • Ability to handle difficult customers / conflict
    • Planning and Organisation to manage volume tasks
    • Great communications skills
    • Ability to think outside the box to deliver solutions
