TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

What you will be responsible for
As part of our high-profile recruiting team, you will be in charge of “managing in” the top Property Professionals throughout the UK – finding individuals who have entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of true trustworthiness to propel our business to even greater heights. You're responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and helping them follow their ‘haart’ by working at Spicerhaart. You, too, will bestow this sense of trustworthiness whilst dedicated to the cause, with the ability to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
From generating pipelines to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you manage the entire candidate experience - the most important first impression.
