What you'll be responsible for
Analysing and solving issues, reporting to your Manager to meet all Property Management duties whilst providing exquisite customer service and attaining your business goals. You will be the face of our Property Management service, liaising between tenants and landlords. You will be responsible for registering tenant enquiries, maintenance requests, tracking property conditions and utilising our database to ensure timely responses. You will also work on delivering high-standards through effective time management, action planning and delivery of strategy.
Each member of the haart team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at each possible opportunity. On a daily basis, you will organise and manage your time and workload by overseeing and participating in all aspects of the property management process. Your role is vital to the business, aiding growth to ensure properties are managed correctly and are in line with our company objectives.

What you'll need
This role is ideal if you have a successful track record in Property Management, or have worked in a customer facing environment. You will be the ideal candidate if you will have a real passion for your work and you are happy to tell us at your interview how you would deliver this passion to your team; you will also be conscientious, hard-working, driven and results orientated and are able to embrace accountability and responsibility.
